Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the digital services provided by FSB Web Solutions, a trade name of GALACTICA 24 EOOD. By requesting, ordering or using our services, the client agrees to these terms. They are intended for business clients; any different arrangement must be agreed in writing before work begins.
1. Service provider
- GALACTICA 24 EOOD, trading as FSB Web Solutions
- Company number (UIC): 207635239
- Registered address: 4 Georgi Damyanov Street, 5990 Telish, Bulgaria
- Email: info@fsbwebsolutions.com
2. Scope of services
We provide digital services including website design and development, multilingual websites, online shops, booking and quote forms, dashboards and client portals, chat assistants (with or without AI), SEO and AI search optimisation, content creation, domain, hosting and email setup, maintenance, and related services. The exact scope of each project is defined in the individual quote, offer or written agreement. For the Starter website, the scope is the one listed on our website on the date of the quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.
3. Offers and acceptance
All offers and quotes are non-binding until accepted by the client, may include a validity period, and are accepted when confirmed in writing (including by email). Work starts only after acceptance and any required advance payment.
4. Client responsibilities
The client provides accurate and complete information, delivers the required materials (texts, images, logos, access details) on time, holds the necessary rights to all content provided, and reviews drafts within a reasonable time. Delays in client input may extend delivery timelines; delivery promises such as “first design within 10 working days” start when the complete brief and materials have been received. The client is responsible for the legality of all materials provided.
5. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable; business clients in other EU Member States are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, website projects are payable in two parts: a 50% deposit before work begins, and the 50% balance after the first completed version is presented and before launch, transfer or handover.
The deposit confirms the booking and allows work to begin. The balance must be paid before the website is published, connected to the client’s domain or transferred, and before files, accounts or access details are handed over. Work may be paused if payments are overdue. Bank details are on the invoice or proforma invoice.
6. Proforma invoices
A proforma invoice may be issued before work begins. Where applicable, work starts once it is paid, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Hours worked and early termination
If a client cancels or stops a project after work has started, all hours already worked are billable, partial work and drafts may be delivered after payment, and deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Consultation, setup and preparation time is billable work.
8. Fixed-price projects
For fixed-price services, the scope is limited to what is listed in the offer and the included revision rounds are limited to those specified. Additional changes are quoted first and billed separately. Requests outside the defined package are treated as extra work.
9. Cancellations and refunds
We mainly provide custom digital services to business clients; unless agreed otherwise in writing, orders are business-to-business service agreements. Because each project involves reserved time, planning, design, development and custom work, payments are non-refundable once work has started. If the client cancels, changes their mind, delays the project or does not provide the required materials, all work already completed remains payable. No refunds are given for completed or partially completed work, delivered concepts, drafts, technical setup, domain or hosting costs, or third-party services purchased for the project.
10. Recurring services
Recurring services may include hosting, domain renewals, care and maintenance plans, SEO and AI search plans, and AI chat usage. They are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of the service. Third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased.
11. Third-party services and AI
Projects may use third-party providers such as hosting companies, registrars, payment platforms, plugins and AI model providers. Their terms also apply. We are not responsible for their outages, platform or licence changes, or service failures. Where a chat assistant uses AI, its answers are generated automatically from the information provided and may contain errors; the client decides which information the assistant may use and sets the monthly spending limit for AI usage.
12. Delivery and acceptance
A project is delivered when it is published online, or when files or access details are provided to the client. The client has 5 business days to report issues within the agreed scope; after that, the work is considered accepted.
13. Intellectual property
After full payment, the client receives the rights of use to the final deliverable, and FSB Web Solutions may show non-confidential work in its portfolio. All unpaid work remains the property of FSB Web Solutions.
14. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. No liability is accepted for indirect damage, loss of profit, business interruption, violations caused by client content, or third-party failures. Nobody can guarantee search rankings or AI citations; SEO and AI search services are commitments of effort, not of result.
15. Service availability
Continuous availability of websites, hosting or platforms cannot be guaranteed. Reasonable effort is made to maintain continuity.
16. Termination
Services may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached, payments are overdue, or cooperation becomes impossible. All work performed up to termination remains payable.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian and EU law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in the client’s country of residence provide otherwise.
18. Updates
These terms may be updated when necessary. The latest version applies to new orders and is published with its revision date.
